I hired this contractor to do work on my new building. From day one I have had a problem with numerous projects this company. I opened my building in May 2013, and had a problem with the ac. Some rooms are too cold some aren't. They have tried to fix it numerous times and I still have an issue. Also, I had a problem with the plumbing work done. I had sinks that leaked and had an issue with the toilet boil. I watched one of the employees break the toilet more while trying to fix it. Whenever I called John, the owner, he would send someone else to fix the problems. He never came down himself to see the issues and I had to go and hire another company to fix the mistakes they made. I found out from better business bureau he has already 5 complaints against him and is rated a F. He also does not have a plumbing license even though his company did plumbing on my building. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! MAJOR ISSUES!

Absolutely not! Learned too late, the owner was fined by the Nassau County District Attorney's office for a Consumer Affairs related matter prior, and most recently failed to pass Suffolk County Inspection on a job. He has a restricted license and is not permitted to work on gas "at all", and violated electrical and plumbing limitations. He damaged my furnace, messed up the electrical, duct work, etc., and the system is worse off than before hiring this contractor. Do your research and save yourself a lot of time, money and grief! No integrity or customer care intent. After a quick buck.
