Contractor could have informed us when they came to house and gave estimate they would rip out some stucco from side of house when taking off old gutters. This would have allowed us to schedule the work in three phases vice one: removal of old gutters, repair of holes, and installation of new gutters (instead of removal and installation with holes under the new gutters). Had contractor removed old gutters first we could have repaired house exterior before new gutters went up.
Additionally, contractor installed five 3"x4" downspouts and connected two other already installed downspouts to a pipe at ground level. But contractor's invoice showed six downspouts were installed. This error was showed to the contractor and a new invoice was requested but contractor insisted six downspouts were installed and he refused to issue new invoice. There may have been a difference in cost but contractor refused to issue new invoice.
I would not work with this contractor again.
