    Addition
    $159,000

    We hired Trent Builders to do an addition on our home. Our project was not completed in a timely manner. Not only was it not completed but Trent Builders took money for which he did not provide materials or labor for. We tried numerous times to contact him with no resolution. He also damaged our property and made no attempt to resolve.

    Remodel/Expansion

    We made a horrendous mistake hiring Trent Builders for a 1,500 sq. ft home expansion and remodel. Communication was poor, due dates slid, subcontractors began contacting us about not being paid despite monthly payments from us to Trent Builders, over time quality issues became apparent with the work… and sadly this was all still while the project was underway. Ultimately, we terminated the relationship when it became clear something just wasn’t right. Our roughly 6-month project ended up being terminated after 13 months. We’ve now begun fixing the mistakes, subpar and unfinished work that will hopefully have the project done by month 18. Fingers crossed.

    Bathroom and kitchen remodel and built out and new mudroom

    I had a wonderful experience renovating my duplex in Cotswold. They built in a patio to make a mud room, blew out a wall to make my half bath a full. and installed a new open kitchen. All on budget and a day early. James Briggs was my PM, if I had any issues with the subcontractors he was right there taking care of the situation. Great experience.
