DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!! If you are one of the unfortunate people to be assigned them as your contractor, IMMEDIATELY call SCE and request a new contractor. I started this process over 8 months ago. I was qualified to have a new AC installed. They sent their tech out to do the assessment and told me that I will be contacted within 3 days to schedule the install. Over a week later we had to contact them, only to be told that they were disqualifying me because there was issues with my vent pipe and drain line. When I asked Lisa why the tech didn't say anything about it while he was here and if I get those issues resolved can we move forward with the install?? her response was "That's not their job and no we have to fallow the guidelines that SCE has in place". I called SCE,they told me that she was wrong and if I get the issues resolved we can move forward with the project. When I relayed this message to Lisa she said that I was lying and SCE never told me that because it's not in the "notes". I had SCE put specific "notes" to give me exactly what needs to get done to the contractors specs. After that Lisa started ducking my calls and not answering my messages. The only communication I got was a message relayed through her receptionist saying "Lisa is working with SCE trying to get this figured out" according to Lisa they have done "thousands" of installs. There's no way that I'm the only one that's needed repairs. I'm not sure if her incompetence stems from her ignorance of SCEs policies or sheer stupidity thinking that I wouldn't call SCE. Lisa was proven wrong, backed into a corner and felt stupid. Now there's a complete refusal to work with me,That's discrimination, and SCE is assigning me a new contractor. No matter what rebuttal or spin they try to put on this post won't change the facts.
