We rented from Triguero for 30 years with never failure to pay rent my mother 87 years old now , lived her life there when the home became uninhabitable this year we asked him to repair he took us to court and evicted us putting this 87 year old woman whom never failed to pay rent on the streets , the judge found him guilty of breach of warranty of habitability , hes a horrible person and you don't have to take my word for it if you got to contra costa county superior court and go to online information for cases you will find allen triguero plaintiff jessica berninzon defendant , case number RS14-0306 year 2014 hes a cold calculated , money hungry person whom sees people in two categories can you benefit him ? or not ? All the people he employees are illegal aliens whom he works for nothing and treats like garbage that is Allen Triguero.
