Trikin Properties, LLC. - Stay away from this company. My main complaints about Trikin are a lack of responsiveness, negligence, and incorrectly charged.
My house was put on the rental market by Trikin, but I could not reach the designated manager for some six weeks to get an update. Finally, the house was rented after four months of vacancy. Trikin charged me management fees for the four months, which is in direct contradiction of the owner’s written statement.
I started receiving notices from utility companies that water and gas bills were not paid. I tried to reach Trikin numerous times by phone, email, letter, registered mail to alert them to the problem, to no avail.
It appears that Trikin got tired of my calling and trying to get answers, so they terminated my contract as of August 31, 2016, “they fired me,” as they put it. To add insult to injury, they charged me management fees for SEPTEMBER, 2016, after the contract was no longer in force.
