Roofing crew did adequate work, although somehow they killed our cat. We suspect something fell on her and they skedaddled before we got home. They denied knowing anything. Brand-new roof leaked! I fixed it myself, as I was sick of dealing with managers Terry and Jim. The siding and window crew was excellent, although management treats them poorly. We felt so bad for them we paid them a cash "tip" to compensate. Dealing with the management was terrible. Constantly cutting corners, trying to use cheaper quality materials than requested, using gimmicks. Terry didn't give us any options on windows. Just forced his choice on us: replacement windows. We wanted triple-pane, e-glass, casement windows and were willing to pay the difference. Terry refused. Windows leaked in winter: brand-new windows, and we had snow blowing into our house around the sills! Again, I fixed the leaks myself. I didn't want to deal with Jim or Terry ever again. Jim's only reply was "we've never had any complaints before!" Didn't offer to come out to check them either. Terry was arguing daily with us about this and that. Management couldn't speak man-to-man with me without resorting to sales pitches, cliche's and platitudes. Worst experience we've ever had with a contractor (Management). Best experience we've ever had with window and siding crews.

Had wind damage to roof and Trim-A-Home, Inc. took off old roof down to sheeting and replaced with new felt, water proofing membrane, and 130 mph shingles.
It rained during the installation ( 1 inch ) and they covered the area that was exposed with a trap. Did not have any leaks during the strom. They did an excellant job. Cleaned up after them selves. Found no nails except what had rolled under the dumpster, which was easy to pick up. Total of 7 nails.
I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE needing a roof replaced.
