I was driving in Brigantine and beeped my horn and asked him to pull over.
I told him how upset I was that I had a handrail installed a month ago by the fence doctor and so far it has broke twice. I explained that my mom broke her hip and really needed the bannister. He stopped by my house a few minutes later and fixed it for free. My mom and I were delighted and will definitely use and recommend Don owner of Trimtek in the future. A contractor with who cares is hard to find. And as an added bonus he is very nice to people that are not from here.

Terrible customer service. Called 5/18/19 and needed 3 jobs quoted. Ad says “no job too small”. 2 of my 3 jobs were far from small. Was told “booked through the summer” after explaining the 3 jobs. Very dishonest. Would not recommend. I understand the rehab market is booming but just be honest. I cracked up when he said booked through the summer. Just be honest man. Too much to ask?????
