Stay away from TRL Construction. TRL Construction told us they would have the job done in 2 months. It took over 7 & 1/2 months. I had to move out for that long. I couldn't be more disappointed. They did such a bad job on refinishing my exiting hardwood floors, they had to sand them down again, and refinish again. I had some new hardwood floors installed, they are warped. I had lighting put in, they flickered. Georgia Power came out and said TRL Constructions' electrician blew the power, in which the power surge knocked the neutral wire off the pole. TRL Construction said it was my fault. I wasn't living there, therefore, I couldn't have done it. TRL refused to fix it. I had to hire my own electrician. When moving back in, my plumbing was clogged by their workers dumping debris in it. TRL Construction refused to have the plumbing fixed. TRL Construction said it was my fault (again, I wasn't living there, therefore I could not have done it). I had to hire a plumber to fix it. TRL construction said they would pay for the electrician and plumber. Broken promises. There are too many things that are so disappointing, I can't go into all of them. Once they had my last check, they would not return to fix anything.
I have another neighbor who lives down the street who also used TRL Construction last year, and had, and still has, similar problems.
