TOE ruined everything they touched. Pool filter installed backwards. Concrete for deck all over yard and house. Sprinkler pipes broken. Did not complete repairs, then stopped answering the phone. To finish the pool, I had to hire another contractor. I think the problem is, the subcontractors did not know what they were doing.
