This company was hired by neighbors to construct a fence. The fence was 4 inches on our property. We had a survey to prove encroachment and the company was indignant. We had to procure another survey to prove in court only after hiring an attorney to get the fence removed from OUR property. It was a horrible ordeal. The fence after removal, continued to be significantly out of code. These are professionals who are supposed to know the law?

a very disruptable company,they overcharge and underperform,there work is shoddy and second rate,they also have an employee who stole items from my house.beware,they are a third rate company,do not be deceived by there promises ,like I did,you will regret it , like I did.NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.
This is an update of tropical elegance,i used them because lowes in springhill fla. sent them as my contractors on updating my kitchen,i am a long time employee of lowes,and I was foolish enough to trust whom they sent. After their shoddy workmanship,i contacted lowes corporate in north Carolina,they sent someone out to see what tropical elegance had done,lowes corporate agreed that the work was very unprofessional.They sent another contracter out to correct the mistakes tropical elegance had made,they are no longer on lowes contractor list.PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES,THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY TO HAVE ANY REMODELING DONE BY.TRUST ME. RUSSELL W. BOYD.
