Please do not hire Troy Blevins for ANYTHING! This guy is a smooth talker and makes you believe he knows what he is doing. He started building us a house without a building permit and needless to say our whole second floor had to be ripped down and reconstructed. He abandoned the job and walked off with thousands and thousands of our life savings. I do not wish what we had to go through with this idiot on my worse enemy, so please be aware of this snake!
