Troy Priddy Homes if you would have asked me 8 years ago I would have said he is an amazing builder ask me today I would say stay as far away as you can. We just spent $65000.00 dollars on restoring the bathroom and master closet from water rot and mold. It started 5 years ago when my wife told me she found water in the back of our closet. Come to find out that when Mr Priddy’s contractors put the shower pan in the idiots took a razor and cut the entire square around the floor. Who does that? Causing it to slowly water rot the wall the cabinets the tub and so on. We had to replace everything because of a $50.00 shower pan . We have had electrical problems pop up also. This should not be in a custom home Troy Priddy s no better than John Huston. My advice look elsewhere.
