  What a nightmare - positive reviews have to be friends- or at the very least he is HIGHLY inconsistent- either way NO GOOD unless you like aggravation and burning cash- all his work collapsed- pavers came loose from the cement and needs to be redone- he also skipped out on the job and couldnt be reached. Work needs to be redone- dont waste your time or money. Either he has no capability or just doesn't care- or both- you have been forwarned.

  Masonry and pave driveway

  I am currently waiting over a year for Since I signed a contract with Keith on May 5 2018. Said work would be finished by July 7 2018. Didn’t start work until October. Now have been waiting since Early November to have driveway paved. I have gotten nothing but the run around from Keith. I would never recommend him to anyone. He is the worst person I have ever dealt with doing work at my house in the 25 years I’ve lived here. Not even close.

  When Keith and crew show up they perform quality work. However, a job that was estimated to be completed in eight weeks took almost six months. Unfortunately, Keith lacked professionalism, was dishonest and was a poor communicator. It's sad really because I was really happy how the work turned out transforming my property. I think my concerns are shared by many on this site.

  I wouldn’t give any stars, but had to. Keith did my front steps. They collapsed and he redid them. I continue to have problems with the bricks sinking, coming loose, cracking. The contractor I hired to out up a railing is struggling due to the horrible condition of the steps. The entire process has been and continues to be a nightmare. Run from him. Unreliable. Unprofessional.

  Its so odd for me to see the two bad reviews regarding Keith, I hired Keith in the fall to do our Pool Patio, walkway and BBQ area and I had a great experience and the work came out beautiful, Maybe because the fall is not his busy time but I would highly recommend Tru Paradise he gave my job 100%

  Keith and his crew were doing work down the block from our home so we had them come by. My husband and I were so impressed with their attention to every detail and how easy Keith was to deal with. He was able to incorporate our changing ideas without a problem. The work they did around our pool and backyard was absolutely amazing. My family and I sit I our backyard and feel like we are in our own tropical paradise. Thanks Keith and crew. We just booked Keith and his crew to transform our front yard this spring. We cant wait.

  Tru Paradise Masonry has been doing work at our home every season for the past 8 years, and every year they manage to exceed our expectations. I have dealt with numerous contractor for the interior of my home and Tru Paradise is the only one I call for more work and recommend. From their talented and courteous staff, to their knowledgeable management team, they are the best. Tru Paradise has and will continue to transformed our old home into our very own Paradise.

  Stay away from this headache!

  If I could summarize our experience with Keith Regan with one word, that word would be migraine! There isn't enough room in this review box to explain how terrible the experience has been. From paying him for work that was never completed, to no shows, to not answering our repeated phone calls for months after taking our money. We even entertained Keith several times and treated him like family. If you can get Keith to show up every day, then he has the potential to do great work. To be clear, I have no complaints about his work. But good luck getting him to show up or even to return a phone call or text message. Learn from my mistake of hiring this guy! If anyone has any questions, I'll be checking this review site regularly.
