First-they arrived exactly when they said they would. Marcel gave me a great estimate and it turned out to be just what he said-no additional expenses. Unlike the last plumber , he and his helper were considerate, easy to talk and question and cleaned up everything(the last plumber shorted out the house and left his debris).
