  I am a renter and this was my experience with Trusted Roof Solution:
  Trusted Roof started on July 2, 2019, Collier county came out that day and told them they needed a permit to finish the job. In my opinion your company should always check with the county to see if a permit is needed before starting a job! I had to call Trusted Roof Solutions many times to see what was going on. Finally, on August 12, 2019 Randy Reynolds left a message on my voice mail saying that the roofers will be out that day to finish the job and that the land lord would receive a discount on the roofing job and I would receive compensation for the use of electricity that one of your workers used to charge his person items.

  I have texted Randy Reynolds on august 15th 2019 and he texted back that he was waiting on the owners approval and you were dealing with a death in the family and your wife was in the hospital. I didn't hear anything back from Randy Reynolds so I texted again on September 4 2019 he did not reply to that text. I texted again on September 16, 2019 and Randy Reynolds replied back stating he is no longer with the company and I should contact you.

  July 1, 2019 I received a call from the landlord stating the roof will be started on July 2 2019. About 20 minutes later I received a message from your workers on my phone to move my car, I was not home at the time. I called my landlord to call your company and tell them to place the trailer in a neighbors driveway since they were up north, so I can go into work the next day. Your workers blocked me in anyways and I had to wait for your guy to drive in from Orlando to remove the trailer in front of my car at 6:55 in the morning I had to be at work at 7:30 am. The mess from the tear off on July 2 2019 was not cleaned up until August 12 2019 nearly six weeks after start of roofing job. You and your wife did come out a couple of weeks after the tear off move the roofing materials to the side of the house.

  I talk both Randy Finch and Randy Reynolds about the roofing job they both told me that a permit was not needed for a manufactured home and it wasn't until Irma that a permit was needed. I lived in north Naples and replaced a roof on a manufactured home back in 2014 and a permit was needed to do the roofing job, also after Irma in 2017 we replace a roof on the same manufactured home and a permit was needed to do the job. I don't under stand why the rules would be different between North Naples and south Naples.

  I am sure if you hired a contractor you would not have wanted to put up with lack of communication and the length on time it took to complete the job.

  I emailed Randy Finch to let him know what Randy Reynolds has told me with no communication back from Trusted Roof Solutions.
