Marc's fantastic. Showed up exactly when he said he would, got my old hot-water tank out, and the new one in quickly, and cleaned up after himself, unlike so many other contractors. He's very friendly & easy to talk to. He made me feel confident I had chosen the right man right from the beginning. Very competitive cost too.
