Even I know to measure twice and cut once. Well they didn't even measure once. The "assumed" (their word) that my closet was standard depth and cut into a wood paneling wall and into the closet. They couldn't fix because of the wood paneling so they just left it creating a bump-out of unuseable space in the closet. They refused to sheetrock and spackle it or do anything to correct their error. First job on my first home and what a nightmare. I still can't really use that closet or put shelves in.
They also refused to do two-zones and neither of my floors are ever the same temperature. Absolutely god awful service.
