William Douglas Oliver USA Plumbing William Oliver Livermore is A scam artist and will rip you off ! I took him to court in San Joaquin County and got a judgment against him! Stay away don’t do business with him or his company! unless you want to get screwed ! I would not refer this company under no circumstances !!
