  Matthew Sprowl was hired by my daughter and her husband to trim, mulch, cut down the tree, grind stump, put in drains and sod. He started June 21st and said 2-day job. He trimmed the first day, came back a week later. He cut down the tree and left a big hole in the front yard. That's where it still stands. He never came back. No stump, grind no drains, no sod. There's a big pile of mulch left in the street along w all the dirt and debris he just threw there. After many many texts and calls, they are left screwed. Took $ and ran.

  Matthew Sprowl was contracted to demolish and remove a shed and 2 story garage on my elderly mother's property and we paid a deposit of 2/3 of the $3600 quoted for demo and removal. He hired a dumpster that was too small for the project and then bought one of those green bags from Home Depot for the rest of the trash. He took down the shed and then never came back to take down the garage. He left a lot of garbage in the middle of the driveway and after promising multiple times to come back and finish the job, he finally blocked me and never came back.

  It took weeks for the small dumpster to be removed, and they dumped a lot of the trash back on the driveway. We then had to hire another contractor, at the cost of $500, to pick up and remove the remaining debris from the driveway.

  Prior to the demo contract we hired him to remove shrubbery from around the house and the dumpster that he hired for that sat for in the street over a month. When I called the dumpster company to ask them to remove their dumpster they said the check that he gave them bounced.

  He blocked me on FB and refuses to answer any calls or texts. Do NOT give this guy money in advance - he will tell you he's coming back to finish you'll be lucky if he does. He took the money from a 79 year widow and caused her a lot of stress and anxiety. I'm mad at myself for not checking him out before I trusted him.

  Matthew was contracted to mow my lawn from April to September 2015. I paid him $1200 upfront for a discount. After checking in on the property the beginning of may, I realizes the yard seemed as if it hadn't been mowed yet this season. It took me two days to contact matt through Facebook. He theneeds mowed the lawn. Two weeks later I realize the lawn hadn't been mowed since the last time I spoke with him. It took me another couple of day to contact him. Then he finally mowed it. I spoke with him about my problem with him and how the lawn needs to be mowed every week not two weeks as per our contract. Another two weeks went by and my lawn was out of control again. He seems to mow only twice a month. I let ot go for about aon the went on vacation and checked up on my rental property a week later and it still looks like it hasn't been mowed. I left a message on Matthews uniquescapes Facebook page on one of his posts advertising if anyone needed their lawn cut. I said I did and left a picture of the foot high grass. A few minutes later he deleted them. So I posted it again on another post and then he blocked me. He doesn't answer his phone or text messages. And he took $1200 dollars from and haanti fulfilled the contract we have.
  Do not use him. I am not the first person he screwed. I should have done more research
