John the owner of Ondeck Air LLC inspected and installed two outside air conditioner compressor units and two 15 Seer Furnances/Heat Pumps for my family at our residence in May 2017. Let me be frank, he is an extremely honest contractor and person. He is super knowlegeable as it pertains to the air conditioning business. He was referred to my family by a friend and we could not be more pleased. He cares 100% about his customers and the products that he sells and he stands behind his work. He is a one man operation and does the work of a whole crew. He does not try and oversell you on something you don't need and his prices are very reasonable. I believe he does mostly commercial work but his expertise in residential work is obvious. Keep this guy in business and you will never be disappointed. He replaced my two seventeen year old units, never asked for any up front money and cleans up behind himself to the point where other than your new unit you would never know he had been in your house. In fact, my wife and I went shopping and told him we would see him in about an hour and left him alone working in our residence, that's how trustworthy he is. Thank you John, I will highly recommend you to my neighbors and friends.
