Matt Golden & URDS pitched me on a 100% insurance-covered roof replacement a couple months back... my shingles were aging and a few had flown off… but I thought no way would insurance cover a full tear-off and replacement. No way. Matt did a five minute inspection - said YES, bro, they will – and after helping me through a quick online claim submission, the URDS team took over. Matt followed up with the insurance adjuster, met & swapped notes with their local inspector, got the work & costs approved and I started receiving insurance $ a couple weeks after our first discussion. USDS even followed up with supplements (add-ons) to the originally quoted work, which was also 100% approved and paid for by my insurance company. A month later, job’s done, work looks quality, and I have a clean new $16,000 roof (see pic!) which cost me nothing but a deductible, some text messaging and a few signatures. Legit awesome. Please reach out to Matt ([email protected]) at URDS if you are even thinking about roof work or have any damaged or aging shingles that maybe could/should be replaced. Seriously – best contractor experience ever.
