    Fence and pedestrian gate repair
    $2,450

    First of all Izik completely abandoned the incomplete job and is in breach of our contractual agreement.

    Not only am I completely disappointed and disgusted on the work performance done at my home, Izik completely misrepresented his company and changed the design of our contract without even a conversation.

    Two landscaping lights were broken, four ground lights were broken and materials were left and scattered all over my backyard(concrete/ wrought iron materials) including cigarette butts, water bottles and trash.

    The unsupervised workers did not complete their job and their work performance was not met up to the contractual agreement I hired this company to do.

    They also ruined two cans of my paint by not sealing the lids properly and leaving them out in the blazing hot sun.

    And as for Izik threatening me with a lawsuit for non-payment for the contractual agreement he breached and abandoned.
    His companies incompetence is just outrageously ridiculous, especially not completing a final walk-thru.
    The pictures I have posted will confirm the under performance of Izik's companies ability to refurbish existing gates and to modify and repair an existing fence.

    There was no foreman, no supervision and I am presuming these workers were illegals and undocumented workers. No walk thru by Izik to determine the Job was not complete.

    He threatened to sue me for non-payment without even checking on his workers or doing a final inspection.

    I have already reached out to my attorney and since this job is under the $7,000 mark it will be a small claims matter, he recommended I should file formal complaints against his bond, contractors state license board and the better business bureau because of the threats I received from Izik.

    I highly recommend finding another company to do business with then to hire an over priced incompetent company.

    They are a complete fraud.
