    I wouldn't use Upright and I would strongly recommend others to stay away. They have been very disrespectful and discourteous to the homeowners in Regency where they are building a home. They leave large vehicles and trailers parked on a hill on the city street for weeks on end. This is a violation of ordinance section 34-124, but what's worse is despite repeated requests to park them elsewhere when not being used for construction, they will not. This is a safety hazard as it is forcing kids riding their bikes into oncoming traffic to pass large vehicles that have not been used for weeks. Their homes are under construction for nearly 2 years in some cases which means these problems are not short lived. I would expect more from a someone building my house.
