HIRE AT YOUR RISK!!!
This man was a referral from someone else. Marco is lazy, sneaky, and a hustler. He takes no pride in his work and does not communicate well. He was hired to simply change faucets in the kitchen and bathroom. My sink was in bad condition so he recommended another sink. No problem! The bathroom sinks were basic. This dude did not tighten fittings which caused a leak and my cabinet was ruined at the bottom. He replaced the wood. He broke the drain that came with the new faucet and didn't tell me. I have a double sink and mostly use one. There was a leak on the side least used. I discovered the drain was just placed on top of the hole. It didn't pop up anymore. Marco returns and acts as if he has no idea what happened. He says it must have broken off and the part fell down the drain. I asked how could that happen when it worked before he came out here? No answer. He tries to replace it with a new pop up drain that was chrome and my finish was brushed nickel. I told him that would not work. I thought my drain could be repaired but I don't know about these things. He bought another drain that was larger and had smudges. My drain shows no smudges.
I have been dealing with trying to get the drain I purchased and a leak for two weeks now. I am having to go through the contractor that hired him. This is a nightmare! Do not hire Marco and do not hire Von Christmas or Bros United LLC.
Other horrible things about Marco. He will take other jobs while in the middle of yours and leave a mess. He did floors for my neighbor and didn't install the T molding. The T molding was in the garage so why wouldn't the floors be finished?
