Utgard and subcontractors demolished previous construction, prepared our space, planned, permitted, and fabricated our accredited first class plastic surgical facility. They were reliable, timely, responsive, expert, and detail oriented. Problems were anticipated, and averted. When the occasional (inevitable) issue occurred, Utgard helped me solve it, and in every case seized the initiative in solving problems. The construction supervisor, Brian Hibbard, has remained available to solve post-completion maintenance. Highly experienced and strongly recommended for medical and dental office construction and remodeling.
