BUYER BEWARE. I really didn't want to write this review, but feel that it is well deserved. I hired Mike Vaia (Vaia Exteriors) to put on a new roof. I have known Mike for over 30 years, so it really says a lot when a company owned by someone you thought you could trust, won't finish the job, and this was over a year ago. I have given him numerous chances to make good on the contract & at first it was excuse after excuse, but now he won't even return call/messages. Per our contract we were supposed to have Black Designer Shingles installed on our front entryway/porch. Mike Vaia will not come back to finish the job. Again, one excuse after another. Shame on me for trying to help out someone who I thought was a "friend", but is really just a liar and bad "businessman" I also had numerous friends who need new roofs, and I am thankful that I didn't send them to Vaia Exteriors.
