Paid 17k of a 20k job. He did not complete and was not communicative. Text after text and no reply. Worksite was sloppy and oversight was poor. Ruined my plants, cut my irritation system, concrete on plants, used neighbors property without permission. The list goes on. Promised job completed in 3 weeks and 7 weeks later trying to get them to come back and complete and make thing right. Also didn’t follow what I asked for but nothing can be done as concrete has already hardened.
