    They build inferior houses, destroy the property, leave a mess behind, no drainage for the front and back yards, not to mention the housing complex infrastructure falls apart and is not maintained properly by the HOA that you have to live under when you move into one of their development. absolutely do not buy or contract with this builder, you will be very disappointed. if i could give a minus score i would.

    New home community

    Every new build by this developer in Valley Springs, CA has had significant problems and angry new homeowners. This builder is dishonest, violates certain codes and homeowners are told by the contractors board that there is no recourse against him.
