Worst experience we have ever had. It was in many ways worse than losing our house in the flood. She met us for 20 minutes back in Oct 2024 and said she had to run to another appointment. That is the last time we saw her. She would not set up a sit down meeting. Keep telling us she knew what we wanted and would be happy in the end. She was very defensive on the phone each time we would call for updates. This went on for 6 months. Too many negative things to mention. She took over $12,600 and did nothing for us. Without a doubt I regret ever meeting her.
