Absolutely dreadful experience. Provided and agreed on job details only to show up and only willing to do a portion of what was previously agreed to . The issue was trivial, the portion he was not willing to do only included leveling of about 10 x 2 ft section of brick pavers. He would not budge, packed up and left unless I would pay extra. Deceitful, dishonest and rude.
