I had an unpleasant experience with Vector Services. My rental home had a leaking pipe and so maintenance was scheduled for June 12th between 10am - 2pm (scheduled through our rental company). 2pm comes around and they are not here, so we try to call them. We try to text them. Nobody answers. Eventually they show up at 3:30, 1.5 hrs late, no explanation or apologies. All they did was turn off our main bathroom and left a mess of mouse nest and FIBER GLASS. Told us they'd be back in an hour pending approval of their supervisor, but of course they never came back, and we haven't heard from them since. Still haven't responded to any of our calls, texts, or emails. So basically, they were late, left a hazardous mess, and will ignore all forms of communication. If you need any kind of maintenance help, please call Century Heating and Air, LLC (MN) instead. They came promptly at 8am, fixed the issue within 2 hours, and even cleaned up the mess Vector Services left behind.

We hired Vector Services to install a new HVAC system for our home (AC and Heating), they were professional, prompt and VERY competitive in their pricing. The project turned out perfect and they did not deviate from their quoted price

Vector Services’ scheduling communications is extremely poor. The office staff is extremely unprofessional and forget to communicate about scheduling. The service guys who showed up are actually great, however the office/dispatch is awful. We escalated some scheduling issues to one of the owners “Karen” and she bluntly lied about a schedule then proceeded to threaten me with pulling up that call conversation. When pressed for her to pull up that call, she hung up the phone. Very unprofessional and would not recommend this company to anyone.
