We recently replaced all of our windows and patio door, had our old deck torn down and a new deck built, had our attic and underfloors insulated, as well as insulated all of our water pipes. We also had these really great motion-sensor ventilation installed in all of our bathrooms.
AMAZING! Adrian and his crew team came on time every day, worked continuously throughout the day, met every deadline of the entire project, were kind, courteous, efficient, punctual, and incredibly professional. Mostly, Adrian and his employees took every measure to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and distancing during this time of the COVID-19. I was reluctant to do any renovations at this time, but after meeting with Adrian Vela and seeing how he and his team worked to respect our safety, I knew we were in great hands. Not only that, they thoroughly cleaned up everything every day before they left the job. Adrian and his team were patient, actively listened to what we wanted, and accommodated in every way they could. I appreciated their honesty, integrity, and professionalism. We've worked with other contractors in the past, but none have compared to Adrian and his team. I will definitely use them for future projects!!!!

Vela Brothers spent 3 days at my home blowing insulation in the outer walls, the attic & stapling insulation in the crawl space, sealed any gaps in the front and back doors, & constructed a better cover for the entrance to the crawl space, all while the city was paving roads in my neighborhood.
The professionalism of the whole team was quite impressive. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect.

The vela brothers was hired by MDC to do some work to my house. The vela brothers not only did a poor rush job they didn't finish. The vela brothers also damaged my house and destroyed my property. The vela brothers unplugged my freezer and didn't plug it back in so over $500 worth of food went bad. I called there insurance but they denied everything. Adrian and his office staff was disrespectful. Adrian after being told not to walk on my carpet with his dirty shoes. I would not recommend the vela brothers.
