Venture Kitchen and Bath did a fabulous job remodeling our bathroom and then later, our kitchen. Jay, the owner, is a professional, yet down to earth guy that was great to work with. One of the best things about working with Jay, Carol and Mary is that they listen. (A lost art these days.) I received several bids before choosing Venture. The reason I chose them was their ability to listen, their knowledge of design and function and their creativity. I did not want a cookie cutter remodel. Jay took my vision for our Victorian home and led me through the process to make my visions a reality. He could have taken the easy way out when I waffled over using salvaged flooring or vintage lighting, but instead, he encouraged me to think outside the box with his mantra of “We’ll make it work”. All kitchen and bath design stores can be at the mercy of their contractors. When the contractor that Jay and I chose did not keep to his timeline, Jay was on top of it and in daily communication with him. Jay or one of his knowledgeable staff stopped by the job site daily to check on progress and to support the contractor. I have recommended Venture to many of my friends and would use them again on the next project.
