Verde Mar is originally from Argentina and has done more than twenty houses there. We moved later to Spain and lived there for 8 years building hospitals and hotels as contractors for a third party builder. We now moved to USA and started working here. The type of construction here is different than what we are used to, but we had a good reception of clients willing to build houses made out of cement bricks and cement beams (that is the type of construction we are used to and what are specialized in). Wet construction like ours is more expensive, also it takes more time to build a cement house than typical American houses. On the flip side, our construction is more durable and we have no issues with termites! Some clients will want to expose the bricks, some others don't.
