Called 6/11/13, spoke with Nick. Says he'll have Joe get me a quote sometime today or tomorrow.
Called 6/14/13, spoke with Nick. He didn't know the status, will call Joe.
6/14/13, 5:10pm, get a call from Joe. He says that he will go out there and do a quote and email it to me.
It's been two weeks since that call. We have never heard back from him. I think we've been blown-off. At the very least, I would expect for him to just say that he won't be able to do the job and to start looking for another contractor. That would be more polite and professional than just ignoring the customer and not getting back with them.
