Not for even the mid size projects ...not just unreasonable but impractical. Had hired for a small project but paid well and JUST did what is on the contract (even if it means it is not good for the customer and I wasn't made aware of it until another related work was being executed and this aspect gets exposed) Talks big ... this in my opinion is not worthy of a well paid contractor.... you will get more responsible but reasonable guys than Victor..
