Victor K Han Architect P

An independently owned architectural firm, relocated to the Flushing / Bayside neighborhood in 2007. Owned and operated by a New York State Licensed Architect, as well as being a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) since 2001. Victor K. Han, the principal, was with the firm of Land Planning and Engineering
Consultants, PC from 1989 until opening his own practice in 2005. While with the firm, Victor K. Han, went from a junior apprentice to the lead architect for the firm. He is currently the President-Elect of the AIA Queens Chapter, the Queens Director for AIA New York State and the Queens Director for the Architects Council of New York.

With a background of civil engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and Polytechnic University and an Architectural Technology degree from the Institute of Design and Construction, our firm has taken design and management of a building to higher standards and at the same time has created a multi-faceted and a multi-disciplined firm providing higher and greater services at cost that are within the budget of the owner and the project.
