Complete filings for DOB and correct violations
Victor is a very knowledgeable person with plans and city codes and filings, where he falls very short as some people have experienced is that drops the ball and then goes MIA for weeks n months. This the second time he does this to me . And he is also very expensive. He promises to do things in a timely fashion, takes some money then doesn’t deliver

This particular job went well, but another job shortly after did not. He took $8k from us last summer to take care of a violation with strict deadlines and did no work, leaving us in a terrible position with DOB. After months of trying to get a hold of him, he finally acknowledged that he did no work and owes us the money back but to this day has not paid us back. So overall, when he does work he is good, but we also have this other situation which is still unresolved.
