    My house project was for elevation which was granted through the Build It Back program in NYC. The program selected the architect and my dealings with them were minimal. I only viewed what was drawn up on paper and only was offered few design choices regarding the enclosure or non-enclosure of the bottom of the house. Everything else was guided through the program and what was acceptable to building codes of the City of New York.What I can say is that I am happy with the outcome, but would have chose the design and materials of my staircases differently.
