This renovation with Victors Contracting LLC has been a NIGHTMARE!
From the beginning we have had issues with this “business”. We agreed on getting waterproof/scratch proof luxury vinyl installed through out our home and they tried installing plain vinyl. I had to look up the item number and show them proof that it was not waterproof when they argued saying home depo told them it was. Then they had me go out and purchase the trim, caulking, and nails for the nail guns to install trim that they destroyed because they said they weren’t going to cover any of that.
They have replaced our water heater TWICE and had multiple instances of plumbing issues and leaks after saying they redid all of our plumbing. They left us without hot water for days because they couldn’t figure out the first brand new toilets water heater they installed. We have had our inspector come out at least a dozen times now and each time he tells us victor has only done parts of the job or something is wrong with the job they say they finished.
They have replaced our brand new toilets twice because they couldn’t figure out how to install them correctly.
Tomorrow they are now coming back for round FOUR on the install of the windows because as you can see there is water damage they caused from pressure washing the house and not sealing the windows correctly.
They have also shattered my door and tried saying it wasn’t their doing. I thankfully have security cameras around my home and have taken pictures of everything to show proof they did in fact break the door.
Not to mention I have caught his guys smoking weed on the job, and when caught they told me not to say anything. Victor also uses a guy named Charles Rose to help him with paper work and translating. He has been very shady trying to get money for work that victor has not done. My inspector had to literally read out loud word for word what our contract agreed upon so they would stop arguing about being paid for a section of the fence that hadn’t been done.
These are just a few things that have been an issue with victors contracting. If you are looking for a contractor RUN far away from this guy.
I cannot believe how awful his team and work have been.
