    He is a Crook

    this guy is working under a false name "HST Construction" which is illegal to do with the Contractor State lic board. they issued him a Technical Violation for doing this.
    Contractor Vince Hernandez Agreed to come to my house on 07-14-2016 and do a cost & Repair report for me on my pool. The Report Was agreed to be $ 250. He came out 07-14-2016 and did a walk through to see the problems with the pool. he was suppose to do a site demo to look inside some concrete. which he said would be another $250. I told him when he came back with the chipping hammer I would pay the $500 for the report + site demo. he wanted the $250 that day and said that he really needed it. he told me he would come back on tuesday and have the report in hand. I paid him the $250 with check.

    He was suppose to come back and do demo to see if the... rebar in the grotto was the correct size which I already knew it was not. he was suppose to come back on 07-19-2016 with the report in hand. I text him 6 times that day and a few the next. he would say he is across town and be there in a little bit. than around 3:00 I text again and he was stalling and really just took my money and ran.

    Finally on 08-12-2016 I text him to send me the $250 back since he did not do the report and a month had past and I do not need the report anymore since I hired another contractor. He did not respond. I text him on 08/18/2016 and told him if I did not get the check by monday 08-22-2016 I would file in small claims court. And that is what I will have to do .
    do not trust this guy he is a crook, he will tell you what you want to hear to get your money and then leave you empty handed.
