The good comment I assure you was made by the owners LOL... Trust me if someone has been using them for years without a problem they must be family because they are far too grimey to be used over and over. I still will be taking them to court. I just have not had time but have witnesses who came to me asking to go to court with me because they know how they took my money. The Kongquees are bad people who will do anything once they get hard up for money even if it means cheating someone else out of their own hard earned income. May God have mercy!

I have been using this company for many years. I have always been satisfied. I have referred them to other people who have also been happy with their work. They are fair and honest and do a good job making their customers happy.

All I have to say is that he and his wife are so called landlords. They buy property and are renting it. I paid them 3months advance rent for a rental property back in October 2011 they were suppose to have the place ready by November 2011 it was not. So December rolls around and its still not ready. So I speak with his wife and she said they would continue to do the repairs if I moved in. I did on December 5, 2011. Make a long story short. No real repairs have been made, His wife cant take messages because nothings being done. They take the easy way out and the place is full of mold, they did not replace the dry rotted carpet in which I have before pictures and pictures of when I walked one night and saw a bunch of water all over the place from flooding. I am glad I have been taking before and after pictures and videos because now that Im sick of waiting on repairs and have decided to move Mrs. Kongquee had the nerve to get nasty with me over the phone. She cant seem to understand Why Im moving. And they dont want to give me my money back. She started making up stuff but Im not worried becaue if need be... We will be in court!!! I have been out on my own since I was 17 and it took me until I reached age 33 to come accross so people like this. I have so many witnesses but I believe she feels that she is right. Mr. Kongquee NEVER got on the phone it was his slow wife who cant remember all the calls or what to tell him when I call. He should get a real secretary and she needs to get an education or a real day job!! Im highy pissed right now that they are playing with my money, I have already contacted my attorney and if they dont get some "act right" in their systems in court we will be. BEWARE of them. DONT GIVE THEM MONEY UP FRONT EVER UNLESS THE WORK IS DONE!! THEY ARE OUT TO GET NICE HARD WORKING PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF.

Do NOT use Vinton Kongquee. He is unprofessional. He "fixed" a structure problem. The problem became worse after he fixed it. He blamed 'gravity' on the worsening. It took 12 contact attempts to get him to agree fix the worsening. When he came out, he left and his apprentice did the repair. After that, the structure was in even worse condition. After 5 weeks of contact attempts, he finally agreed to fix it, again. When he came out, he said he wasn't going to do anything and was very profane. It will now take getting a new contractor out. Avoid "Alliance Home Improvement" and "A1 Alliance Construction LLC" as they are both run by Vinton.

I agree with kfarmer. THe review doesn't even say what work was done. It's a lie.
I too had an experience that was less than acceptable. When I tried to mail him to the address on his own invoice, I received the letter back saying "Moved, no forwarding address".
Mr. Kongquee is a bad man! He does poor work. His website even shows the unprofessionalism to his work, as the website just shows random 'project' pictures that I found myself by doing google image searches. He's a scammer!
RUN! Do not use him!
