We are extremely happy with our experience with Vinyl Sash. We were apprehensive about replacing wood windows with vinyl for the right look in our country home but after much research, realized that proper installation is of utmost importance with any window. Vinly Sash was the only company we spoke with that took the time to explain their process thoroughly. John, our salesman understood our needs and the asthetic look we wanted to achieve perfectly. He and Robert, the company owner visited our home and made us feel very comfortable that we would be getting a quality job. They were always available when we had questions.
Greg, our installer, did an absolutely beautiful job. He made sure we had no touch up painting to do and even worked to make the interior trim match up seamlessly with trim boards around the perimeter of one room. The siding trim was put on exactly as it looked before the installation.
Everyone made sure we were happy with the results.
We are very proud of our home and have to admit sometimes a little overly fussy about any work we have done, but Vinyl Sash met all of our expectations and more. They have values, integrity and workmanship that are very hard to find these days. We highly, highly recommend them.
