Incredibly slow!! Clearly taking advantage of SDGE. Two workers showed up a little past 8 a.m. to remove 15 foot palm tree. Sat around on cell phones for an hour and a half. Started work at 9:48. Took a half hour coffee/cell phone break about a half hour later. Worked for about another half hour and then took long lunch. Worked another 20 minutes cleaning up and left. They then spent another 20 minutes across the street sitting in their truck on their cell phones before finally leaving at 1:20. Over 5 hours to complete a 1 hour job! Lame!
