I'm in the process of suing Ryan's company. This is the response I got after giving him one last chance to file a claim with his insurance company. Which I now know does not exist. (see screenshot below.) "I have so many cases like this" I wish I would have known that before I paid him 10k to put down a floor that has popped right back up. We literally trip over them. We had to hire another contractor almost 7k to fix the floor. The first time Ryan sent his guys out to repair it they broke all the edges off the planks where the floors connects, so the floors were 10 times worse after.
