We used this contractor for a simple 27 minute heater repair in our home, $550.00. He overcharged on parts by double. He charged labor/material for a part that was not installed. He does not accept credit cards, only cash or check. He cashed the check within fifteen minutes of leaving our property. He has not responded to several complaints filed. Beware.
