    Have full purchase price for this home they've never complete warranty issues

    We purchased from Brandon Walker, a Brandon Walker LLC built home in 2017 that was our first mistake, our second mistake was believing he would honor the one year warranty. This did not happen. WE just retired, this was to be our forever home. This owner and company are the worst, most dishonest deceitful corrupt because they will never show their face again once they have your money. There are many issues with our home here in Heron River, Waterview section, but the most disturbing is the fact we have very squeaky engineered wood flooring, in sections where Mr. Walker had water damaged flooring before we purchased the property and it was supposedly repaired thru Walkers insurance. He blamed the flooring company and materials. We contacted the flooring manufacturer Mohawk, who sent out their inspector who verified all the materials where without problem. When Walker installed the new flooring it was not installed improperly, moisture content far excess of mfg guidelines and the transitions were improperly installed. Walker said the mfg inspector was wrong and only tried to blame Walker Building. We challenged Walker to bring in their own inspector using the same degree of technique, tools and knowledge. The end result was inconclusive and he was unable to complete an inspection. Brandon Walker said he was going to come back and fix this condition but first wanted to try filling all the joints with baby powder, which we allowed, this did not solve the problem. he's never been back, never called and is building another home 3 doors down from our home and goes to every extreme to not drive by our home. We've had three other builders and flooring companies here and all have agreed with the Mohawk mfg report. To date only a few of the items on our repair list have been resolved and we've had to complete and pay for these repairs. This is a gutless lying disgrace of a builder and there are three other home owners here that Walker Building has screwed. Buying a home from him will be your worst nightmare. No, he does not use any top soil and the worst landscape and materials. His subs won't come back to warrent any appliances or fix /repair any defects because they've not been paid, so your on your own. RUN!!!!!!

    We found Mr Walker through a spec home he was building. He explained in detail what he was putting into the house ad far as upgrades, but had no spec sheet to show. To make a very long story short, he ended up trying to charge us for over 50,000 in upgrades for a 550,000 home. Tile floors were not included, laminate off the roll was. He insulated the garage and tried to charge 2400 for it without our permission. The shelves and cabinets were super low quality and all the things he told me he was going to do now had an upgraded price. We cancelled the house because we were not comfortable with his dishonesty. He kept $5500 of our money and will not return our realtors calls. Don’t even consider him!! Inexperienced and has no idea what should go into an expensive home!

    I am having every problem that the previous review is having including major flooding in the back yard because zero top soil was put down under the grass. Builder has refused to fix the leaking Windows and hasn't shown up to fix the stucco. Terrible builder!

    Poor construction, and no response to help. Our 3 year old home has leaking windows, and large cracks developing in the stucco. We have noticed our bonus room floor is uneven, crooked patio pour, and several other items including that he put sod over the left over sand from the stucco in our front yard. We couldn't understand why the front yard required so much water to keep the grass green until we planted a tree and discovered all the sand on top of the dirt! We have asked the builder to correct the window and stucco problem, his solutions was to caulk the stucco - the windows still leak whenever it rains. Brandon Walker won't respond to our requests to remedy the situation. A recent visit by another contractor and they have inspected the problem and determined it was not done correctly and the windows will need to be pulled, redone, and stucco refinished. I would not recommend this builder at all.
