Richard Wallace took my payment of 12k then told me he could not work on my roof until the weather would allow him to complete the work. He went on vacation with my money. Kept my money for three months then said he was too sick to complete the work and would not be working on ladders anymore because he gets too dizzy. He then would not return my money unless I signed a contract not to sue him! The work that he did on my gutter is garbage! The gutters leaked and buckled after one season. He uses his sickness to take days off and to not complete work. Beware this sleazy liar!
