My hot water heater failed and began to flood my basement. The drain valve did not work so I could not drain the tank. Ward Plumbing was the only plumbers (out of 5 contacted) who was able to squeeze me in their schedule for the day. I Garrett and Adam showed up around 4 PM and the work was done by 5:30 PM. Since the old water heater could not be drained properly in the basement, they had to move it up the stairs with tank still mostly full of water so they can drain it in the yard outside. Garrett and Adam were very professional and polite. We are very happy with their service. Will call them for future plumbing needs. Highly recommend them.
